A tube in the stomach is called a gastrostomy or percutaneous endoscopic gastrotomy (PEG) tube. Many of the formulas used in enteral therapy, such as Jevity, Glucerna, Osmolite HN, Peptomen and UltraCal are not readily available from commercial pharmacies.
